现代管理之父彼得·德鲁克曾经指出,“企业只有一项真正的资源那就是人”,“所谓的企业管理最终就是人的管理,人力管理就是管理的代命词”。人作为生产力中最具能动性的首要因素,起着决定性的主导作用,现代企业都把如何进行有效的人力资源管理,视为企业生存与发展的重要战略目标。其中,加强人力资源成本的控制与管理,以充分利用人力资源,提高劳动生产力,实现最大收益,是现代企业人力资源管理的一项重要内容。
Peter Drucker, the father of modern management, once pointed out: “There is only one real resource for an enterprise, that is, people.” “The so-called enterprise management is ultimately human management. Manpower management is the generational word of management.” As the most active factor in productivity, people play a decisive leading role. All modern enterprises regard how to conduct effective human resources management as an important strategic goal of their survival and development. Among them, strengthening the control and management of human resource costs in order to make full use of human resources, improve labor productivity and achieve maximum benefits is an important part of human resource management in modern enterprises.
