采用改进的连续提取法,将所提取的巴丹吉林沙漠颗粒物中的样品,用磷钼蓝分光光度法测定其中不同形态磷的含量。以便为该地区资源的开发和利用提供基础依据。结果表明:(1)在巴丹吉林沙漠北部颗粒物中总磷的含量为824.45-865.62μg/g,黑风口颗粒物中总磷含量为828.48-1915.38μg/g。其中钙磷(Ca-P)的含量最多,有机磷(Org-P)的含量次之,各形态磷的平均含量大小顺序为:Ca-P>Org-P>Al-P>Ex-P>Fe-P>Obs-P。(2)不同目数的颗粒物总磷:巴丹吉林沙漠北部,B(Mmax)>原样;黑风口,随颗粒物目数增大而增大。(3)不同地点的颗粒物总磷含量不同,巴丹吉林沙漠北部:原样,B3>B1>B2;筛分后质量最大的颗粒物,B1(Mmax)>B2(Mmax)>B3(Mmax);黑风口:B4>B5。
The improved continuous extraction method was used to determine the contents of different forms of phosphorus in the extracted samples of Badain Jaran Desert by spectrophotometry. In order to provide a basis for the development and utilization of resources in the area.
