【目的】为防治茄子连作障碍和进一步推广应用提供试验基础,在温室内采用基质栽培茄子,并与土壤栽培比较,为改良茄子栽培方式,提高产品品质和效益奠定基础。【方法】茄子生育期随机调查基质和土壤栽培条件下其生长状况和病害发生情况,采收时调查产量和销售单价。【结果】茄子生长前期至采收中期基质栽培优于土壤栽培。茄子生育期基质栽培比土壤栽培始收期提前28~48 d,前期产量提高480~640 kg,灰霉病病株率低,为1.8%~3.5%,病果率低,为1.1%~1.3%,经济效益高2 000~3 400元。【结论】茄子基质栽培比土壤栽培生育期提前,灰霉病病株率和病果率降低,经济效益突出。
【Objective】 The objective of this experiment was to provide experimental basis for prevention and control of continuous cropping obstacle and further popularization and application of eggplants. The cultivation of eggplant with substrate in greenhouse was compared with soil cultivation to lay a foundation for improving the quality of the products and improving the quality of the products. 【Method】 Eggplant was randomly selected to investigate its growth status and disease occurrence under the condition of substrate and soil culture. The yield and sales price at harvest were investigated. 【Result】 The results showed that the substrate of early stage of eggplant to mid harvest was better than soil. Planting stage of eggplant growth period was 28-48 days earlier than that of soil cultivation, yield increased 480-640 kg in early stage, low strain rate of botrytis cinerea was 1.8-3.5%, disease rate was low, 1.1% -1.3 %, High economic efficiency 2 000 ~ 3 400 yuan. 【Conclusion】 The growth of eggplant substrate was earlier than that of soil cultivation, and the rate of diseased plants and diseased fruits of gray mold decreased, and the economic benefits were outstanding.
