我国现有的水稻“杀雄剂一号、二号”及“73010”虽杀雄效果稳定,但均含有机胂,因此寻求高效无毒(低毒)的水稻杀雄剂很必要。 在广泛筛选新药物的基础上,对ANC、EN进行田间小区试验。试验结果表明,ANC和EN于水稻花粉内容充实期施用,对易杀雄的水稻品种如钢枝占等以0.06~0.08%浓度杀雄,其杀雄率比对照(二号剂)稍低,但药害轻;对较难杀雄的品种如科24等以0.12~0.22%浓度杀雄,其杀雄效果与二号剂相似,除个别之外,多数药害与二号剂差异不大。其中EN对较难杀雄的二白矮、桂朝2号杀雄效果较二号剂好。两种药剂对水稻开花习性及成熟花粉的影响与二号剂一样。应用于杀雄制种获得良好结果。
