根据图书馆法第6条第2项、第19条及附则第10项之规定,制定图书馆法施行规则如下: 第1章 图书馆员及助理馆员的讲习班 第1条 关于图书馆法第6条中规定的图书馆员及助理馆员参加讲习班,根据本章条文来定。 第2条 符合下列条件之一者,可以参加图书馆员讲习班。 1.在大学学习2年以上,取得62学分以上者,或高等专科学校毕业;还有图书馆法附则第10项中规定的大学毕业生。 According to Article 6, Paragraphs 2, 19, and Annex 10 of the Law on Libraries, the rules for the enactment of the Law on Libraries are as follows: Chapter 1 Librarians ’and Assistant Librarians’ Article 1 Law on Libraries Librarians and assistant librarians as provided for in Article 6 participate in the workshop, subject to the provisions of this chapter.
