不同配比农业废弃物的栽培基质对圆柏生长的影响

过龙缸栽培圆柏试验,研究A(田园土)、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I(B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I分别为用田园土、河沙、鸡粪、玉米芯和花生壳按不同体积比混合组成)等9种不同基质对圆柏树径和顶端分枝数、以及叶绿素、丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:8种加入不同比例农业废弃物混合栽培基质的圆柏树径增长率、顶端第一分枝数、顶端第二分枝数、顶端第三分枝数及叶绿素、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量等指标各不相同,但均高于A基质(田园土);MDA含量也各不相同,而均低于A基质(田园土)。聚类分析显示,9种栽培基质大致可分3类:最适宜圆柏生长的基质为H、G、F;中等适宜的为I、E、D;最差的为C、B、A。隶属函数法评价显示,9种基质中栽培的圆柏生长状况由强到弱依次为H、G、F、I、E、D、C、B、A。因此,上述9种基质中以田园土、河沙、鸡粪、玉米芯和花生壳按1.0∶0∶0.5∶1.5∶1.5∶1.5比例混合的栽培基质(H)最适宜圆柏生长,其次为G、F基质,再其次为I、E、D、C、B基质,田园土(A基质)效果最差。 The dragon cylinder culture Sabina test, study A (pastoral soil), B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I (B, C, D, E, Soil, sand, chicken manure, corn cob and peanut shells were mixed in different volume ratios. Cluster analysis showed that the nine cultivation matrices could be classified into three groups: H, G and F were the most suitable for Sabina przewalskii, I, E and D were medium suitable, and C, B and A were the worst. The evaluation of membership function showed that the growth status of Sabina przewalskii cultivated in 9 kinds of substrates was H, G, F, I, E, D, C, B and A from strong to weak. Therefore, among the above nine kinds of substrates, the cultivation substrate (H) mixed with the field soil, the river sand, the chicken manure, the corn cob and the peanut shells at the ratio of 1.0: 0.5: 1.5: 1.5: 1.5: 1.5 was most suitable for the growth of Sabina przewalskii, G, F matrix, followed by I, E, D, C, B matrix, soil garden (A matrix) the worst.
