解决烟煤蜂窝煤消烟问题,需要采取改变燃烧方式及其有相应的配套炉具。它要求成型烟煤蜂窝煤所配入的粘结剂能使燃烧后的灰渣达到一定强度,才能实现下加煤、上除灰的上燃式燃烧。蜂窝煤在煤炉中能连续燃烧,除了需要具有一定热值的有机质外,还要求灰渣能保持一定的“骨架”支撑着未燃尽的煤体,起接替连续燃烧的作用式保持封火过夜。这就限制了蜂窝煤成型使用的牯结剂只能选择无机粘结剂或是为了提高灰渣强度加入少量添加剂的复合型粘结剂。本课题主要着眼于在煤矿区内能提供来源充足、廉价的无机粘结
