(一)近几年水利科教工作的回顾随着我省水利事业的发展,水和科技和职工教育工作也有了较大发展。目前有科技人员9600多人,占全省水利职工总数的30%以上。从1978年全国科学大会以来,已取得重大水利科技成果126项,其中获国家级奖励7项,部、省级奖励74项。如我省的高土石坝设计及综合机械化施工技术、水坠法筑坝技术以及东雷高扬程、大机组、大流量抽黄工程和宝鸡峡引渭工程的建成和运用,都具有较高的技术水平,积累了丰富的科技经验。节水节能技术方面,U 形渠道已达万余公里,微灌技术、低压管道灌溉技术也有了很大发展。高含沙引水技术、水库蓄清排淤技术、水轮机防磨蚀技术、渔业高产养殖技术、机井测试改造技术、灌溉农业
(I) Review of Science and Education in Water Conservancy in Recent Years With the development of water conservancy in our province, great progress has been made in water and science and technology education and employee education. There are currently more than 9600 scientific and technical personnel, accounting for more than 30% of the total number of water conservancy workers in the province. Since the 1978 National Science Conference, 126 scientific and technological achievements have been made in major water conservancy projects, among which 7 were awarded at the national level and 74 at the ministerial and provincial levels. Water-saving energy-saving technologies, U-shaped channels have reached 10,000 kilometers, micro-irrigation technology, low pressure pipe irrigation technology has also made great progress.
