铝电解用预焙阳极是铝电解阳极碳素材料,它的好坏不但影响铝电解预焙阳极的单耗,而且还影响铝电解槽况及其他技术经济指标。本文对近两年来我国电解铝厂开槽阳极的应用及阳泉铝业200kA大型预焙阳极电解槽上进行的工业试验,探讨了铝电解阳极开槽的方式、方法以及开槽对铝电解过程的影响。
The prebaked anode for aluminum electrolysis is an aluminum electrolytic anode carbon material, which not only affects the unit consumption of the prebaked anode for aluminum electrolysis, but also affects the technical conditions of the aluminum reduction cell and other technologies. In this paper, the application of Slotted Anodes in China’s electrolytic aluminum smelters in recent two years and industrial tests carried out on 200kA large-sized prebaked anode cells in Yangquan Aluminum are discussed in this paper. The ways and methods of anodizing aluminum anodes, as well as the slotted aluminum electrolytic process influences.
