要想上好一节课,备好课是前提,只有备好课才能教好课。备课是教学的重要环节,单靠个人的力量是有限的,因此要充分发挥集体的智慧,集思广益,资源共享,在集体研讨中帮助教师加深对教材的理解,拓展教学思路,产生意外的收获。具体到学科教学中,就是要充分发挥教研组、备课组的集体力量。那么,备课组能否取代教研组?教研组与备课组之间是怎样的关系呢?下面就这些问题谈一些笔者粗浅的看法。一、教研组和备课组的功能作用
To a good class, prepare a good lesson is a prerequisite, only to prepare a good lesson in class. Lesson preparation is an important part of teaching. Individual power alone is limited. Therefore, collective wisdom, brainstorming and resource sharing should be given full play.
