目的：对左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床价值展开对比分析。方法：将72例宫颈炎患者分为治疗组和对照组，各36例，比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率、复发率和不良反应发生率。结果：两组患者临床治疗总有效率和复发率分别为94.44%、2.78%和75.00%、22.22%，比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率和复发率，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在治疗宫颈炎临床上左氧氟沙星+阿奇霉素效果较为理想。“,”Objective To levofloxacin combined with azithromycin treatment of cervicitis commence comparative analysis of clinical value. Methods 72 cases of cervicitis were divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases, clinical total effective rate between the two groups of patients, the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The total efficiency of the clinical treatment of patients and relapse rates were 94.44%, 2.78%and 75.00%, 22.22%, comparing two groups of patients in clinical treatment and the total effective rate of recurrence, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusions In the treatment of cervicitis levofloxacin+azithromycin clinical effect is better.
