为了提高甲醇汽油发动机油的抗磨性,使用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)作为试验方法,运用正交试验设计方法理论,选用多种添加剂对发动机润滑油抗磨性进行了试验研究,调配了适应甲醇燃料发动机使用的新型复合发动机润滑油,以减少对发动机的腐蚀与磨损。研究结果表明:3种添加剂的最佳添加量MoDDP为0.4%~0.6%、T205为0.8%~1.2%、T203为1.5%~2.0%;3种添加剂的最优配方为MoDDP∶T205∶T203=2∶4∶5。
In order to improve the abrasion resistance of methanol gasoline engine oil, the method of bearing capacity of lubricants (four-ball method) was used as the test method. The orthogonal experimental design method was used to test the wear resistance of engine lubricating oil with various additives. Deployment of a new type of composite engine oil for use with methanol-fueled engines to reduce engine corrosion and wear. The results showed that the best additive of the three additives was 0.4% -0.6%, T205 0.8% -1.2% and T203 1.5% -2.0%. The best formulation of the three additives was MoDDP: T205:T203 = 2:4:5.
