所谓非语言行为就是指语言表达之外的诸如眼神、表情、动作等辅助性表达方式.教师的非语言行为,会给一个学生或一个班集体产生很大影响,它往往会起到语言所不及的作用.当然,前提是教师要理解学生,达到师生心灵相通.教师在教学中,充分发挥非语言行为的作用,对搞好教学工作,非常重要.教师良好的非语言行为有利于课堂教学管理,确保教学活动的顺利进行.有位教师在讲课时,发现有位同学做小动作,就用责备的眼光瞪了他一下,他便停止了小动作,过了一会儿,他又坐不住了,教师便边讲课边走到他身边,迫使他停止了小动作.
