钾缺乏时对肾脏功能的影响是临床医生和生理学家长期以来关注的问题。钾是细胞内主要的阳离子,它的缺乏可引起细胞结构和功能显著改变。由于髓质的溶质浓度减少和集合管对抗利尿激素的无反应性而引起最常见的肾功能异常是浓缩不全。这种对抗利尿激素的抵抗是由于前列腺素量增加和前列腺素介导的腺苷酸环化酶被抗利尿素激活的抑制所致。
The effect of potassium deficiency on kidney function has long been a concern for clinicians and physiologists. Potassium is a major intracellular cation, its lack of cells can cause a significant change in structure and function.
