本文以醋酸—水—醋酸甲酯三元缔合体系为例,研究了含缔合组分体系的汽液相平衡模型。假定缔合组分只发生二聚作用,忽略了高聚体形成的影响;考虑了汽相和液相的非理想性,应用维里状态方程计算汽相中各组分的逸度系数,再由NRTL方程计算液相中各组分的活度系数,从而较严格地推导出这类体系的汽液相平衡模型。用此模型处理二元缔合体系的汽液相平衡数据,可通过热力学一致性检验。由二元汽液平衡数据用于推算三元汽液相平衡关系具有良好的拟合精度。因此,该模型可用于缔合体系的汽液相平衡和精馏分离过程的计算。
Taking acetate-water-methyl acetate ternary association system as an example, the vapor-liquid phase equilibrium model of the system containing association components was studied. Assuming that the association component only dimerizes, the influence of polymer formation is neglected. Considering the non-idealities of vapor phase and liquid phase, the fugacity equation is used to calculate the fugacity coefficient of each component in the vapor phase. The NRTL equation is used to calculate the activity coefficients of each component in the liquid phase so that the vapor-liquid equilibrium model of such systems can be more strictly deduced. The vapor-liquid phase equilibrium data of the binary association system can be treated with this model and can be checked by thermodynamic consistency. From the binary vapor-liquid equilibrium data, it has good fitting accuracy for estimating the equilibrium relationship of the ternary vapor-liquid phase. Therefore, the model can be used for the calculation of vapor-liquid equilibrium and distillation separation process of the association system.
