Active and passive sentences are mainly spoken by the actor and the victim. Using these two types of sentences, there is a question of proper cooperation. Misconduct is not correct. This kind of illness is common. For example: (1) Some people punished him on the basis of untenable reasons until he was forced to retire. (Guangming Daily, May 24, 1978: “Beyond the Great Wall is Not a Hero”) The former clause uses the actor as the main utterance and takes the initiative in the sentence; the latter verse changes the angle and becomes the subject of the actor. Passive sentence. The whole sentence became “some people,” “punish him,” and “be forced to retire.” Can be changed to “forced” to “force him” to make the subject of the two clauses consistent, tone coherent.
