线切割加工动模上的直槽、斜槽等零件,超差率数值较大,成为模具制造环节的质量瓶颈。为了降低线切割的超差率,通过跟踪调查确认影响线切割超差率的主要因素为位置偏、大小尺寸、粗糙度;期中位置偏是影响线切割超差率的主要症结。造成位置偏原因有:程序参数未优化、人员素质低、运丝机构异常、综合累积误差;通过一系列措施降低线切割超差率。
WEDM straight groove, chute and other parts, a larger value of the rate of superfluity, a mold manufacturing quality bottlenecks. In order to reduce the over-rate of wire-cutting, the main factors influencing wire-cutting overrun rate were confirmed by follow-up investigation, such as position deviation, size, and roughness. Mid-period position offset was the main factor affecting wire-cut overrun. The reasons for the position bias are: program parameters are not optimized, the quality of personnel is low, abnormal wire feeding mechanism, the cumulative cumulative error; through a series of measures to reduce the wire cutting overrun rate.
