一、教师自身的性格对幼儿性格产生的影响主要分以下三种:1.幼儿老师自身性格活泼开朗的、不是很教条的、年轻女教师占多,相对应的的幼儿性格大抵活泼好动开朗,但在纪律与一日生活常规上比较宽松,一般在户外活动时,对于其他老师的管教难以约束,在观察中(大班幼儿)还存在偏食,不能自己排队拿饭,要老师将饭送至桌前等,幼儿存在两点问题:(1)一日常规较差。(2)文明礼貌欠缺不会主动打招呼,除了本班老师以外天不怕地不怕,过于好动。
