汽门推杆是203发动机上一个较重要的另件。根据其工作特点,要求圆柱部分表面及与凸轮接触表面有很高的硬度,同时整个汽门推杆又要具有较好的韧性。因此在制造汽门推杆时,一般采用优质碳素结构鋼,圆柱部分表面进行高频淬火,与凸轮接触表面则堆焊耐磨层。按照设计要求,堆焊耐磨层的硬度应大于Rc45。我们采用合金铸铁作为堆焊材料,其化学成分如下:碳3.1~3.4%,硅2.2~2.35%,锰0.5~0.65%,
