基本医疗具备公共产品的属性,因而便面临着基本医疗中公共产品由市场的自由调控向政府宏观调控的转换。本文笔者通过分析我国目前基本医疗中存在的问题,进而提出相应的解决策略,最终得出需要明确基本医疗的公共产品属性,以建立健全符合我国国情的医疗卫生体制模式,更好地为人民群众健康服务。
Basic medical services possess the attributes of public goods and thus face the conversion of public goods in basic medical services from the free market regulation to the macro-control of the government. In this paper, the author analyzes the existing problems in basic medical care in our country, and then puts forward the corresponding strategies to solve them. Finally, the author concludes that it is necessary to define the properties of public products for basic medical treatment so as to establish and perfect the medical and health system model that is in line with China’s national conditions and better serve the needs of the masses Health service.
