某电厂工程,根据美国土建设计要求,采用ASTM Grade—60钢筋。为节省外汇,电厂拟采用性能和Grade—60钢筋相接近的国产25MnSiⅢ级钢筋替代,其机械性能见表。根据美国ASTM标准规定,Grade—60钢筋需要进行冷弯试验,试验条件2R/d=7,180°冷弯(R为弯曲半径,d为钢筋直径)。我国YB171—69标准规定,25MnSi钢筋同样需要进行冷弯试验,试验条件为2R/d=4(适用于钢筋直径d>25),90°冷弯。这样存在着一个问题,我国标准能否满足美国ASTM标准
