在党的历届代表大会的纲领性文件中,汇集着中国共产党丰富的对民族及民族问题的认识和理论,反映着党把马克思主义民族理论与中国民族国情相结合并不断使其中国化的历程。本文试图通过对这些纲领性文件中有关民族和民族问题内容的梳理,解读不同时期党的民族理论和民族政策的基本内涵,探究党解决中国民族问题的实践经验,以期推动当前民族工作的顺利开展。
In the programmatic documents of the previous congresses of the Party, a wealth of understanding and theories of the CPC over ethnic and national issues are collected, which reflect the party’s course of integrating the theory of Marxist nationality with the national conditions of the Chinese nation and constantly making it China-based . This paper tries to analyze the basic connotation of the party’s theory of ethnic groups and ethnic policies in different periods by combing the relevant national and ethnic issues in these programmatic documents and probe into the party’s practical experience in resolving the issue of ethnic minorities in China so as to promote the smooth development of the current ethnic work .
