大黄是一味抗老健身的中药,本文作者用黄嘌呤——黄嘌呤氧化酶体系产生超氧阴离子,用H_2O_2-Fe~(2+)体系产生羟自由基,用过硫酸铵—N,N,N′,N′—四甲基乙二胺体系产生氧自由基,并用化学发光法研究了大黄提取液对氧自由基的清除效应,结果表明,大黄是一种有效的氧自由基清除剂,对前述三种系统发生的氧自由基均有相当强的清除能力,提示大黄可能通过清除氧自由基,抑制脂质过氧化损伤而发挥其抗老健身功效。
Rhubarb is an anti-aging fitness traditional Chinese medicine. The authors used the xanthine-xanthine oxidase system to produce superoxide anion and the H 2 O 2 -Fe 2+ system to produce hydroxyl radicals, using ammonium persulfate-N,N, The N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine system generates oxygen radicals, and the removal effect of the extract of rhubarb on oxygen free radicals was studied by chemiluminescence. The results showed that rhubarb is an effective oxygen free radical scavenger. The scavenging ability of the oxygen free radicals generated in the above three systems is quite strong, suggesting that rhubarb may exert its anti-aging fitness effect by eliminating oxygen free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation damage.
