5例患儿,男3例,女2例,年龄3～6岁。在路旁玩耍时误服当地野生毛花曼陀罗籽。约半小时后出现面红耳赤,即来本院就诊。拟诊曼陀罗中毒,分别肌注新斯的明0.5～1mg,约4～5小时3例男孩渐好转。2例女孩出现口干,兴奋、坐卧不宁,视物模糊,四肢无力,故收入院。查体:2例症状相似,兴奋不安,躁动,谵妄,面部及全身潮红,双侧瞳孔0.6cm,光反射迟钝,唇及口腔粘膜干燥,肠鸣音减弱。给予大量补液,镇静,患儿安静入睡4小时后再次出现上述症状,即各肌注新斯的明1mg及镇静药,约10分钟后安静入睡。次日
