为建立采煤机记忆截割技术中滚筒高度的三维空间分布模型,提高采煤机的记忆截割精度,在传统记忆截割技术的二维分布模型基础上,利用灰色系统理论和GM(1,1)模型,对采煤机滚筒在第三维(推进方向)上的高度进行动态预测,提出了一种灰色记忆截割技术。Matlab仿真结果表明,灰色记忆截割技术能大幅度提高采煤机记忆截割的精度和实用性。
In order to establish the three-dimensional spatial distribution model of drum height in the memory cutting technology of shearer and improve the memory cutting accuracy of the shearer, based on the two-dimensional distribution model of traditional memory cutting technology, the gray system theory and GM (1 , 1) model, the height of the shearer drum in the third dimension (propulsion direction) is dynamically predicted, and a gray memory cutting technique is proposed. Matlab simulation results show that gray memory cutting technology can greatly improve the accuracy and practicability of shearer memory cutting.
