VCP is a Brazilian company that produces a wide range of eucalyptus commercial pulp and paper products. The VCP blends with light ECF bleaching technology with the lowest amount of ClO2, the best combination of oxygen compounds (H2O2, O2 and O3), caustic soda and hot acids. The combination of hot acid section and O3 section is the key to producing ultra-light ECF bleached pulp. The bleached pulp produced using the elemental chlorine-containing bleaching procedure O (CD) EopD has an organic chloride (OCl) content of 300 g / t (air-dried pulp). According to regulations, the content of OCl in standard ECF bleached pulp is 200g / t. VCP has B and C two production lines at its Jacareí factory. The C line uses Oa (Ze) DP bleach to produce light ECF bleached pulp with an OCl content of 80 g / t.
