碳块与底糊连接不牢是电解槽槽衬破损快的原因之一。铝电解槽安装和焙烧时的主要任务之一是获得高强度的炭缝,以使炭块与底糊的连接牢靠。用从焙烧后的底糊中拔出阴极炭块制的圆柱杆的方法,研究了炭块与底糊的连接强度(粘结系数K)。图1所示为试验装置的原理图。
Carbon block and the bottom paste is not firmly connected to the electrolyzer slot liner damage is one of the reasons.
