省物价局制定颁布的《全省人才交流服务机构收费标准》从今年11月1日起正式执行。《收费标准》规定,各人才交流服务机构组织的各种形式的人才招聘活动,不得向招聘机构和应聘者收取门票费。人才推荐服务和委托代聘专业人才推荐或代聘未成功者,不得收费。人才信息入网和网络查询未在互联网上发布的,也不得收费。对人才中介服务,《收费标准》规定,个人求职登记建档费10元/次(登记有效期半年);人才推荐服务(推荐未成功者,不得收费):初级人才100元/人,中级人才200元/人,高级人才400元/人;委托代聘专业人才服务(代聘未成功者,不得收费):初级人才100元/人、中级人才200元/人、高级人才800元/人。对人才信息服务规定,信息入网(未在互联网上发布的不得收费):个人求职入网20元/人·年,单位招聘入网150元/人·月;人才信息网络查询:个人查询1元/条、单位查询5元/条;委托发布人才招聘和应聘信息:个人委托50元/次(发布时间为15天),单位委托200元/次(发布时间为15天)。
