《劳动合同法》已于2008年1月1日开始正式实施。该法弥补了1995年《劳动法》实施以来在劳动关系监管上的不足,从而能够更为全面地保护劳动者权益,并使得我国的劳动法制更加规范、有效。
The Labor Contract Law came into effect on January 1, 2008. This law makes up for the shortcomings in the supervision of labor relations since the Labor Code was implemented in 1995, so as to protect the rights and interests of laborers more comprehensively and to make our labor law more standardized and effective.
