用生物标记化合物作原油和生油岩的对比,是研究油源的重要方法。目前国内外学者进行这种研究的常用方法是用肉眼估计原油和生油岩生物标记化合物特征分子分布图间的相似性,以确定它们之间的亲缘关系。一般说来,这种方法是有效的。但当不同生油岩系之间生物标记化合物的特征分子分布图差别不显著时,肉眼往往难以区分它们的对比程度。均方差是数学上用来确定座标上两条曲线吻合程度的数值,使用均方差即可以较容易地区分它们的对比程度。而且此参数计算方法简单,便于推广。本文还介绍了用均方差研究辽河西部凹陷下第三系沙河街组第三,四段原油和生油岩甾烷、萜烷对比的结果。
The use of biomarker compounds as a source of oil and crude oil contrast, is an important method to study the oil source. At present, the common method used by scholars at home and abroad to carry out this kind of research is to visually estimate the similarity between the molecular profiles of the crude oil and biogenic marker biomarker compounds to determine their genetic relationship. In general, this method is effective. However, when the distribution of the characteristic molecular markers of biomarker compounds between different oil-bearing rock series is not significant, it is often difficult for the naked eye to distinguish their contrast degree. Mean square error is mathematically used to determine the coordinates of the two curves match the degree of value, the use of mean square error can be more easily distinguish between their degree of contrast. And this method of calculating the parameters is simple, easy to promote. In addition, the mean squared error (RMSE) is used to study the correlation between the terrane and alkanes in the third and fourth stages of the Lower Third Member of Shahejie Formation in the western Liaohe depression.
