目的探讨儿童紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)血尿NGAL、尿RBP检测的价值及不同剂量雷公藤多苷片的治疗效果。方法选入72例HSPN患儿作为观察组,均予以雷公藤多苷片口服治疗,根据用药量不同分为小剂量组[1 mg/(kg•d)]和大剂量组[1.5 mg/(kg•d)],每组36例;并选入无肾脏损伤的HSP患儿50例作为对照组;选入同期健康体检儿童50名作为正常组。检测各组血尿NGAL、尿RBP,评价治疗效果。结果入组时,观察组血尿NGAL、尿RBP含量均显著高于正常组和对照组(P<0.05);经雷公藤多苷片治
