1.病例介绍 患者女,56岁,因发热寒战腰痛,经当地卫生院初诊为肾结石转来我院就诊。入院查体:T:38℃,BP:20/15KPa,心率:80次/分。实验室检查:WBC:21.6×10~9/L,N0.90、L0.10、RBC:3.0×10~(12)/L,HB:86g/L,血BUN:12.6mmol/L,Cr:212umol/L,尿常规:PRO+++,WBC+++,RBC+,脓细胞+。双肾B超及CT均示:右肾积水(重度),右侧输尿管梗阻,左肾代偿性增大。于

Laboratory tests: WBC: 21.6 × 10-9 / L, N0.90, L0.10, RBC: 3.0 × 10-12 / L, HB: 86g / L, blood BUN: 12.6mmol / 212umol / L, urine routine: PRO +++, WBC +++, RBC +, pus +. B-ultrasound and CT both showed: right hydronephrosis (severe), right ureteral obstruction, left renal compensatory increase. in
