近年来,由于我国广大医务工作者突出政治,在搶救流行性乙型脑炎(下简称乙脑)的工作中,积累了丰富的临床经验,使得病死率较前大为降低。目前乙脑的治疗尚无满意的特效药物,仍以针对三个主要关键即高热、惊厥和呼吸衰竭为主,采取适当的综合性措施。中医中药对乙脑的疗效早已肯定,其辨证施治方法近年各地中医杂志上屡有报道,读者可行参阅。本文仅就综合措施中常用的几类药物加以介绍。一、降温时应用的药物
