针对弹性推力轴承在大型泵站中应用较少,并且安装工艺与传统刚性推力轴承不尽相同的问题,介绍了低扬程水泵弹性推力轴承的结构、原理及优点,通过对比部分关键点与安装工艺,重点介绍了高程、水平、摆度等关键指标的质量控制要求及注意事项,提出了采用弹性推力轴承立式水泵的安装工序与流程。该安装工艺已在实际应用中得到了验证,对同一类型泵站的安装、检修及验收具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the problem that the elastic thrust bearing is rarely used in the large pump station and the installation process is different from the traditional rigid thrust bearing, the structure, principle and advantages of the elastic pump thrust bearing are introduced. By comparing some key points and the installation process , Mainly introduced the quality control requirements and precautions of the key indicators such as elevation, level and swing, and put forward the installation procedure and flow of the vertical water pump with elastic thrust bearing. The installation process has been verified in practical applications, the same type of pumping station installation, maintenance and acceptance of a certain reference value.
