为了确定热冲模模具钢4x3BMφC和3x3BMφ(72)的最佳淬火温度,研究了加热时,奥氏体晶粒的增长和金相成份的变化特点及性能。 4x3BMφC钢的特点是耐热性高,最好用于工作时内表面温度达750℃~800℃的重负载模具。3x3BMφ钢比4x3BMφC钢有重大的韧性和耐热性,常用于制造在工作过程中要经受急骤冷却的热冲模和铜基合金压铸模。为了进行比较,还研究了同类用途的标准模具钢4x4BMφC(22)和3x3M3φ。
In order to determine the optimum quenching temperature of 4x3BMφC and 3x3BMφ (72) hot die die steel, the growth characteristics of austenite grains and the change of microstructure and properties were studied. 4x3BMφC steel is characterized by high heat resistance, the best for the work surface temperature of 750 ℃ ~ 800 ℃ heavy-duty mold. 3x3BMφ steel is more ductile and heat resistant than 4x3BMφC steel and is commonly used in the production of hot and copper-based die-casts that undergo rapid cooling during operation. For comparison, the standard die steels 4x4BMφC (22) and 3x3M3φ for similar applications were also studied.
