神经生长因子(NGF) 是一种具有神经营养作用的蛋白分子,对神经退行性疾病具有潜在的治疗作用,但分子量大,难以跨越血脑屏障限制了其临床应用.而在本课题组的前期研究中发现,鳞盖肉齿菌Sarcodon scabrosus(Fr.) karst 子实体中分离得到的一系列鸟巢烷型二萜类化合物具有促NGF依赖的大鼠嗜铬细胞瘤细胞系PC12 神经轴突生长活性.
