研究背景：危重新生儿转运是新生儿急救技术进一步发展的需要，是在就地抢救，病情稳定的基础上，安全有序将危重患儿转运至NICU 的继续监护治疗。不论是在人员配备或者通讯联络方面均有很高的要求，转运途中患儿应该能够得到相当于重症监护病房的医疗护理[1]。

背景：臨床護理人員需要專業的護理能力，而批判性思考能力除了可以增進護理人員解決問題和做決策的能力外，更能提升照護品質。但國內外僅有張(2008)使用皮爾森積差相關檢測出護理能力與批判性思考能力具有顯著性正相關，同時也利用簡單迴歸係數推論出批判性思考能力是護理能力的預測因子，證據顯然較為薄弱。
背景：協助病患在住院、居家歷程中有良好的準備與適應，是護理指導主要目的，且護理指導是護理專業中重要能力之一。本研究目的期望透過資訊科技發展照會資訊系統，建置衛教照會系統功能，包括：主動發布照會訊息、病患照會前個案基本資料載入、指導內容、評值結果。期望提升病患衛教及照護品質。
