基于近似模型的汽车空调优化设计

汽车乘员舱内部空调出风口的尺寸与出风速度对乘员舱内部的热环境有重要影响.本文以乘员舱内4个空调出风口的长和宽作为设计变量,以满足乘员的热舒适性与整车燃油经济性为目标,寻找空调出风口尺寸与风速的最优组合.对优化问题参数化后,通过DOE方法选取样本点,采用响应面法建立近似模型,然后采用连续二次规划法NLPQL和混合整形优化法MOST联合对近似模型进行优化.通过对比验证了这种优化方式对乘员舱内人体的热舒适性有显著提高.
