企业资源本应由企业掌控却被企业员工个人所掌握的现象,称之为企业资源个人化倾向。本文从个人资源、客户资源、知识资源、资本资源、技术资源和信息资源等6个方面分析了企业资源个人化倾向的表现,提出通过企业资源组织化思路,控制企业资源的个人化倾向,并提出了资源组织化的初步构想。
